Terms of use of my mailing list:

Following lines are to protect myself legally, because you get sued all to easy in Germany. It's not about hiding any costs. The mailing list is free of charge and without obligation.

1. Viruses, trojans, worms and spyware

I try to the best of one's knowledge not to mail any kind of those. I take great effort in doing so!

But even I or any anti virus application can be fooled somehow. I could be that someone foists a virus or similar on me, that I will distribute. That can happen to ANY provider of a newsletter, because we don't know what the future will bring.

With your registration it is obvious to you that this can happen and that you have to pay attention to have a proper anti virus application.

Each day I'm mailing links to different websites too, that you can click on. Thereby a website opens up that has nothing to do with my website. I especially have no influence on those websites.

Needless to say that I examine the websites before I mail them as link tip. But it can be that there is no virus or similar on that website during my examination or that it was not active respectively, that my anti virus application didn't react ot that the virus or similar was added to that website later on.

Therefore by each click on a link it is obvious to you, that only the operator of that website is responsible for the content on that website. This applies to viruses or similar as well as to illicit content (racism, content harmful to minors, sedition, and so on).


2. Copyright Statement

The layout of my e-mails, the used graphics as well as other content are protected by copyright. Forwarding of the newsletter e-mails or the contained files is allowed as long as they are unchanged and it happens for private purposes only.
